Service and Warranty

All items available in Hyperstar are delivered to you with the brand’s warranty and protection promise!

All items available in Hyperstar are guaranteed being original stock from the brand, the distributor or the manufactory warehouse. They carry a limited original warranty from the brand or the distributor that protects them against any manufacturing default.

The warranty begins on the day that your item(s) is purchased and lasts as per the brand’s Terms and Conditions (mentioned on the attached warranty).

Item(s) purchased from Hyperstar can be taken to same store after sales service for repair. Hyperstar after sales service will facilitate your query but will not be held responsible for the brand’s commitment.

In case the product is defective on delivery/purchased the after sales service will decide whether the product should be replaced or repaired. However, repairs are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • The defect is due to improper use (improper voltage, exposure to liquid, abuse or misuse etc…).
  • The serial number on the product is unknown.
  • The item has been repaired by a third part.

Return and Exchange

We are happy to assist you and manage all your requests for return and/or exchange!

From the day you purchase your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with your Invoice, all accessories and free of charge gifts.

If you have purchased or received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts, or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

In order to provide fresh healthy and hygienic products, we do not return items which are fresh, frozen goods, copy able items, underwear’s, and hygiene appliances. Exchange or refund is possible only upon approval in case of manufacturing fault.

Please remember:

  • The item(s) should be in its original and unopened packaging along with the original invoice, accessories and free gifts.
  • For a pickup service of large products, delivery charges may apply.
  • Refund will be made in cash for items paid by cash only. In case of credit card refund will be made on credit card only

Items purchased can be returned or exchanged at same store within given time.

If the item is defective on purchased / delivery* (upon approval of after sales service).

Home Delivery:
Items subject to home delivery (TV’s, home theater and big appliances) are entitled to onsite maintenance in conjunction with our supplier service.

Prayer Rooms for Men & Women
There are 2 prayer rooms located on the ground level of the Hyperstar Fortress stadium.

Lost & Found Assistance
For assistance, go to any of the Customer Service Desks in Hyperstar.

Luggage Storage Facility
Luggage can be stored free of charge during store hours.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available free of charge at all the Customer Service Desks, based on availability.

Priority for Senior Citizens and Disables

Counters are designated to facilitate unaccompanied disables and senior citizens.
